Class 1: Keys to unlocking your dreams

In this class which you can watch for FREE, Mary discusses the nature of sleep and its importance to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, as well as the true nature of and some of the reasons for dreaming. She also interprets a couple of dreams and you’ll be amazed at how insightful her interpretations are.

Class 2 : Crossing the bridge

No, there aren’t any monsters under your bed, but what is? Your bedroom is the launch pad and the entry point into the Dreamtime! In this class you will learn about energy lines and other features and how to check for them in your home. We will also explore transforming the energetic space with crystals and other things, having a more vivid dream life, how to be a conscious dreamer and discovering your unique connection to the Dreamtime.

Class 3 – Breaking down your dreams

Dreams have structure, just like the wake time does.  In this section, you will learn about the different components of dreams and what these structures are telling you.  You will learn how to keep a journal, different dream categories and much more!

Class 4 – Beyond Freud – hearing your dream language
